The Collective's

FORWARD
COMMUNITIES
Strategic and personalized communities for top-level career leaders, employer relations staff, and student-facing staff, wrapped in inspiration and practical insights to help all succeed this fall
BENEFITS
"This fall 2020, one of the biggest assets for career staff may very well be regular, authentic, and strategic connections with people who totally get them...a space for colleagues to connect, learn, vent, and share practical solutions."
-Jeremy Podany
New Forward Community participants will benefit in the following ways:
-
Hear practical weekly content on engaging topics during weekly inspirational sessions. See topics in cohort descriptions below.
-
Experience ongoing connection with a small group of colleagues in like-positions at similar institutions.
-
Receive important questions, resources, and implementable solutions, cultivated by The Collective, via your weekly guide for groups.
-
There is no homework, the sessions are engaging, the commitment is small, and the impact is big!
Personalizations
-
At registration you can share more about your role and campus, and request be in a small group with a colleague by name.
-
Small groups are limited to 7 people and provide flexibility to both meet needs as they come up, and discuss crucial pre-determined topics.
-
Communities are an extension of, but different than The New Forward weekly news show, our free 30-min online news show for career services.
