The primary goal of the Working Genius Virtual Workshop is to teach participants how to enhance productivity, morale, and team dynamics. Participants will learn about their individual geniuses and how to operate more effectively in a team environment. Teams and groups who participate together will engage in a team-mapping exercise to understand the impact of their geniuses in various stages of work such as special projects, committees, and regular meetings. The session will address ways to apply the principles of Working Genius beyond the immediate team, fostering a more engaged and collaborative work environment.
