Wendy Podany is the Operations Lead for The Collective, overseeing logistics and processes for events, reports, surveys, and more. Wendy spent the first part of her career in product marketing for various consumer products companies, including Hallmark brands. She then became an educator, working in both career services and elementary education prior to The Collective. She stays involved with childhood education by tutoring children with dyslexia on reading skills. Wendy has a BS in Business from Western Michigan University and a Masters in Education from Indiana University. 

 

Wendy is a true Colorado outdoor adventurer and runner. She has climbed multiple 14 thousand foot peaks and is a member of the Fort Collins running club.

She and Jeremy have 4 children, and love to travel and invest in experiences for their children.
